Since 2015, our company has had a Code of Conduct, which clearly defines what types of behavior are unacceptable. Being aware that everyone makes decisions that are not always clear cut, we wanted to help our employees solve various dilemmas.

What if…
there is discriminatory or mobbing behavior in the company?
a company, whose shares are owned by a TTMS employee, becomes our client?
the applicant for a job at TTMS, in whose recruitment process we are to participate, turns out to be a good friend of ours?
These are difficult and complex issues that must be regulated.
Our compass is the Code of Conduct, the foundation of our approach to ethics management, which was established in 2015.
