Most of our key clients are international or even global companies. Therefore, from the beginning of our activity, we assumed its internationalization in order to best respond to their expectationss. Achieving the position of a global service provider will be accomplished both through the expansion of the existing foreign sales network using current offices and business partners, as well as through complementary acquisitions companies from the IT sector. The Group's geographic development strategy covers three macro-regions: Europe, Asia and Australia, and the USA. In each of these three areas, the Management Board adopts a different development strategy appropriate for a given region.
The subject of our activity is the provision of advanced IT outsourcing with a specialization in managed services for large and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, in addition to the basic business model, we also provide services in the form of a comprehensive software development process. It includes a detailed analysis of the client's needs, implementation of the prepared software, its testing and production launch, as well as subsequent post-implementation care, maintenance and further development. We specialize in innovative methodologies for running Agile projects, which are used more and more often in the implementation of IT projects, replacing traditional, but less effective approaches.
Relationships with customers
In the case of our services, especially managed services, understanding the specifics of the business, the resulting expectations and the challenges our clients face is of key importance. Our employees become practically members of the client's teams, which promotes good communication, and also has an invaluable impact on the success of implemented projects.
Role in the economy
The technological solutions implemented by us contribute directly to the improvement of the efficiency of management of specific business areas, including ensuring the highest quality and predictability of processes, e.g. production or related to production. It is also impossible to overestimate the socio-economic role of the cyber security area, which, due to cyber attacks from Russia and Belarus, already in 2021 turned out to be critical from the point of view of the stability of the functioning of state institutions. Due to the international situation related to the war in Ukraine and the potential risk of the conflict spilling out, the defense sector is of particular importance for the security of Poland and Poles, with entities we also cooperate with, for example as part of the NATO Innovation Hub.
The earlier pandemic period, in turn, confirmed how crucial a role can be played by both remote working tools and cloud solutions, which we have been implementing and promoting for years. Technologically advanced companies could start working remotely overnight, without the risk of losing business continuity and maintaining security procedures.
We try to share knowledge about modern solutions with the environment, showing their possibilities and training professionals. We did not stop our activities even in 2020, when the pandemic broke out and the most severe epidemic restrictions were introduced. Thanks to the use of remote work tools, we managed to implement a number of events important from the point of view of the market. Our specialists also participated in many events and conferences as speakers, and we as the company was actively involved in organizing some of them.
Among the suppliers and service providers, the companies from the TT Group should be mentioned first of all. In situations where a specific project requires supplementation of competency resources, we use teams from companies of the capital group. Similarly, our projects involve a number of highly qualified experts with whom we cooperate on a long-term basis on the basis of B2B contracts.
After changing the legal form, i.e. transformation of Transition Technologies - Managed Services Sp. z o.o. to Transition Technologies MS S.A., the President of the former, who until now managed the company as a sole proprietorship, headed a four-person management board composed of managers originally associated with the company and holding key managerial positions.
